Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we can deliver to most countries. However there is a size and weight limit so if you wish to order multiple items please contact us first by email. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the USA or Canada.

Do you accept cheques?
We only accept cheques & postal orders in pound sterling. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method, stating the item you wish to purchase and your location.

Do you accept cash payments?
We do accept payments in pounds sterling. This must be sent by registered post prior to dispatch of the goods

Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?
Yes, we can accept most credit and debit cards for customers with UK billing / shipping addresses. Payment can be taken at the shopping cart of our website, or alternatively you can call us to make a payment. We can also accept payment through Paypal and Google Checkout.

What should I do if I think my parcel is lost in the post?
All UK deliveries are sent by recorded delivery so should be easy to trace. In the event of your parcel not been delivered please contact us via our email form.

No, 1 Two is an internet only shop. We have a number of stockists throughout the UK - please visit the website again periodically for updated details of new stockists.

How long will delivery take?
Items are despatched normally within 48 hours of payment. Length of shipping usually depends on destination but you should expect to receive it within a couple of working days

How do I clean 1two shoes?
Most surface dirt can be removed with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent solution if needed. Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water and leave to air dry completely. Suede soles may wear down over time and become less slip resistant so check regularly. You can use a wire brush or sandpaper to bring back the texture (And also to remove any surface dirt/stains).
