Sorry, we ship only to the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Do you accept cheques?
We only accept cheques & postal orders in pound sterling. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method, stating the item you wish to purchase and your location.

We do accept payments in pounds sterling. This must be sent by registered post prior to dispatch of the goods
Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?
Yes, we can accept most credit and debit cards for customers with UK billing / shipping addresses. Payment can be taken at the shopping cart of our website, or alternatively you can call us to make a payment. We can also accept payment through Paypal and Google Checkout.
What should I do if I think my parcel is lost in the post?
All UK deliveries are sent by recorded delivery so should be easy to trace. In the event of your parcel not been delivered please contact us via our email form.

How long will delivery take?
Items are despatched normally within 24 hours of payment. You should expect to receive it within a couple of working days for UK, and 5 working days for Ireland.
My baby has a latex allergy - can I use Sophie the Giraffe?
Sophie is made from natural rubber latex. We would recommend you avoid contact with all latex products, including Sophie the Giraffe.
