Do you ship outside the UK?
No, sorry we currently only deliver to UK addresses. Please do not place an order if you are based outside the UK as we will be unable to fulfil it.

Do you accept cheques?
We only accept cheques & postal orders in pound sterling. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method, stating the item you wish to purchase and your location.

Do you accept cash payments?
We do accept payments in pounds sterling. This must be sent by registered post prior to dispatch of the goods

Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?
Yes, however we cannot accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone. We only accept credit/debit card payments made through PayPal's secure server on our website. Paying with PayPal is easy - just follow the steps at checkout - you do not need a paypal account to make payment through PayPal

What should I do if I think my parcel is lost in the post?
All UK deliveries are sent by recorded delivery so should be easy to trace. In the event of your parcel not been delivered please contact us via our email form.

No, 1Two UK is an internet shop. We soon expect to have a number of stockists throughout the UK - please visit the website again periodically for details of stockists

How long will delivery take?
Items are despatched normally within 48 hours of payment. Length of shipping usually depends on destination but you should expect to receive it within a couple of working days

How do I clean 1two shoes?
Most surface dirt can be removed with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent solution if needed. Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water and leave to air dry completely. Suede soles may wear down over time and become less slip resistant so check regularly. You can use a wire brush or sandpaper to bring back the texture (And also to remove any surface dirt/stains).
