For optimal comfort, the mattress is made from a very soft, stuffed velvet with foam cushioning.
And the cushion is removable with a zip fastening to the mattress. The zip is covered by a fabric band to avoid hurting baby.
For use as a playpen mattress it has 8 ties to attach the mattress to most playpens. Once installed, the mattress covers the bars - a safety border to protect baby from bumps and bruises.
For additional safety, the back of the mattress is made from non-skid material.
To develop baby's senses, this mattress integrates many sensory activities: varied textures (velvet, corduroy, towelling, cotton etc), fun sounds and noises, bits and bobs to grab and shake around...
